2024 Sustainability Report published

Impala Terminals Group (the “Company”) announces publication of its fifth annual Sustainability Report.

 

The report details the company’s performance for the year ended 31 December 2024 across key environmental, social and governance metrics, and highlights the continued progress the company has made to mature into a leading global storage infrastructure owner and operator.

 

From this year, Impala is committed to aligning with the fundamental responsibilities and Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact. These principles cover topics such as human rights, labour practices, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.

 

Going forward the company will report on its actions related to the Ten Principles as part of its annual sustainability report, along with the other international standards it subscribes to and future sustainability-related disclosure regulations that apply.

 

Impala CEO Nicolas Konialidis commented: said: “2024 was a transformative year in which we built a strong foundation that positions the business for further growth. As Impala has grown, we have made considerable progress in transparency, integrity and responsible business practices, and our participation in the Global Compact signifies our commitment to operating our business in accordance with the Ten Principles and aligning ourselves with the wider global community in its collective commitment to responsible business.”
